At Twist Nest, we take great pride in crafting high-quality handmade DIY kits. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your contact email] with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal (§ 312g BGB)

According to German and EU consumer laws, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or handmade items that are individually crafted for each order.
• Products that are opened or used and cannot be resold for hygiene or quality reasons.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or a partial/full refund.
