1. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship to Germany and selected EU countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and order value.

Standard Shipping (2-4 business days)
- Orders €20.00 and up → Free shipping ✅
- Orders under €20.00 → €4.50 shipping fee
European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, and 23 more countries) 🇪🇺

Standard International Shipping (2-8 business days)
- Orders under €40.00 → €6.90 shipping fee
- Orders €40.00 and up → Free shipping ✅

2. Processing Time
2.1. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3. During busy periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Order Tracking
3.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
3.2. Some smaller items may be shipped without tracking to keep costs low.
4. Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Shipments
4.1. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.
4.2. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. If you need further assistance, email us at contact@twistnest.de.
4.3. If an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
5.1. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
5.2. We do not cover additional fees charged by customs authorities. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
6. Return to Sender Packages
6.1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to pay customs fees, we can either:
- Resend the package (additional shipping fees apply), OR
- Process a refund minus the original shipping cost.
6.2. Refunds for returned shipments are only applicable for eligible products (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
