Welcome to Twist Nest! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://shop.twistnest-crafting.com and our products. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Conditions
1.1. Twist Nest operates as a small business (Kleinunternehmer) under §19 UStG, meaning no VAT is charged on our prices.
1.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service without prior notice.
1.3. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the legal age of majority in your country or have parental consent.
1.4. We may, at our discretion, refuse service to anyone at any time.
2. Products & Orders
2.1. Our products are handmade DIY kits, and slight variations in color, texture, or material are normal.
2.2. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent transactions or stock unavailability.
2.4. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless explicitly agreed upon by us.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1. We currently ship within Germany and selected EU countries.
3.2. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
3.3. If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements.
3.4. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
4.2. According to §312g BGB (German Civil Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) does not applyto handmade or custom-made products.
4.3. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please report it within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos to contact@twistnest.de.
4.4. We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and product designs, belongs to Twist Nest and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior permission.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
6.1. We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the misuse of our DIY kits.
6.2. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images but do not guarantee they are free from errors.
6.3. We are not liable for any delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
7.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in a German court.
